Terms of service

The rules for using InstaPaid (instapaid.fun and Instagram @instapaid.official), operated by Brylliant Labs Inc., Philippines. By launching a coin, asking for one in a comment, or claiming creator fees, you agree to these terms. Last updated 30 September 2026.

What InstaPaid does

InstaPaid lets fans launch a meme coin on pump.fun dedicated to an Instagram creator. The coin's on-chain creator is a vault InstaPaid holds for that Instagram account, so the coin's creator fees collect there. Only the owner of that Instagram account can claim them, after proving ownership by sending a one-time code to @instapaid.official in a Direct message. Coins can be launched on instapaid.fun, or by commenting “@instapaid.official make a token for this creator” under an Instagram post.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use crypto services where you live. Don't use InstaPaid if that is not the case, or if you are subject to sanctions.

Launching coins

• Coins are fan-made. A coin is not made, owned or endorsed by the creator it names unless that creator says so.
• When you launch on the website, you choose the coin's name, ticker, description and picture, and you are responsible for them. Don't use content you have no right to use, and don't impersonate anyone, mislead buyers, or launch anything hateful, sexual involving minors, or otherwise illegal.
• You sign and pay for a website launch with your own wallet, including pump.fun's fees, the network fee and any first buy you choose. InstaPaid never holds your wallet or your keys.
• Coins launched from a comment are paid for by InstaPaid and named from the post. InstaPaid may decline any request, and limits how many it launches each day.
• A coin, once launched, is on the blockchain for good. Nobody, including InstaPaid, can change or remove it.

Claiming creator fees

• Creator fees can be claimed only by the owner of the Instagram account the coin was made for, after verifying by Direct message. Verification ties that Instagram account to its vault; it cannot be moved to another account later.
• You choose the Solana wallet the fees are paid to. Check the address: payments on the blockchain cannot be reversed.
• InstaPaid currently takes no share of creator fees. If that ever changes, the claim page will show the share before you confirm a claim.
• Creators can ask us to stop making and posting coins for them at any time (see Data deletion). Coins that already exist stay on the blockchain, and their fees can still be claimed.

InstaPaid may announce new coins on its own Instagram account, naming the creator so they know they can claim. We remove a post on request from the creator it names.

Risks

Meme coins are highly speculative and can lose all their value. Prices are set by trading on pump.fun, which we don't run. Nothing on InstaPaid is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and InstaPaid does not promote, sell or recommend any coin. You are responsible for your own decisions and any taxes that apply to you.

Things outside our control

InstaPaid depends on services we don't run: Solana, pump.fun, IPFS, Instagram and wallets. They may change, fail or refuse a request, and we are not responsible for their availability or behaviour. InstaPaid is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Brylliant Labs Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses from trading, market prices, blockchain transactions, wrong wallet addresses, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspending access

We may refuse, pause or stop any launch, claim or post, or block an account or address, to prevent abuse, fraud, harm to others, or breaches of these terms or the law.

Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta

InstaPaid is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta or pump.fun. “Instagram” is a trademark of its owner.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using InstaPaid after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
