Privacy policy

What InstaPaid (instapaid.fun, Instagram @instapaid.official) collects, why, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted. Last updated 27 September 2026.

What we collect

• When you claim creator fees: the one-time code you DM to @instapaid.official, your Instagram username and the Instagram-scoped ID Meta gives us for your account, and the Solana wallet address you choose for the payout.
• When someone comments “@instapaid.official make a token”: the comment, the public post it is on (its photo, caption, link and the owner's username), and the coin we launch for it.
• When you launch a coin on the website: the Instagram username you enter, the coin's name, ticker, description and picture, and your public wallet address.
• Technical data: your IP address, kept in memory only for rate limiting and never stored.

We never ask for your Instagram password, a wallet's seed phrase or private key, or payment details.

Why we use it

• To prove an Instagram account is yours before its creator fees are paid out, and to send them to the wallet you chose.
• To launch coins, reply under the comment that asked for one, and post new coins on @instapaid.official mentioning the creator so they can claim.
• To stop abuse (rate limits, and creators who asked not to have coins made for them).

Who else sees it

• The public blockchain. Coins, their name, ticker, picture, description and link, and payouts are recorded on Solana and pump.fun and stored on IPFS. That is public and permanent by design; we cannot change or delete it.
• Meta (Instagram). We read and send messages, comments and posts through Instagram's official API.
• Anthropic. A post's photo and caption are sent to Anthropic's Claude to suggest the coin's name and ticker and to check any lore a commenter wrote.
• Our hosting and blockchain providers (Render, and our Solana RPC provider), which process data only to run the service.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Claim verifications expire after 15 minutes if unused. Records of coins, claims and payouts are kept while the service runs, because the coins and payouts they describe exist on-chain. Cards drawn for @instapaid.official's posts are kept so the posts keep their pictures.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you, or, as a creator, ask us to stop making and posting coins for you. See Data deletion. You can also remove InstaPaid's access in Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites.

InstaPaid is an independent service. Coins are fan-made and not endorsed by creators unless they say so. Meme coins are speculative and can lose all their value; nothing here is financial advice.
