Delete your data

How to have InstaPaid delete what it holds about your Instagram account, and what cannot be deleted.

How to ask

From the Instagram account the data is about, send a DM to @instapaid.official saying “Delete my data”.
We confirm it is your account (the DM comes from it) and delete, within 30 days: your claim verifications, your Instagram ID and username on our records, any wallet address you gave us, and the pictures we keep for your posts.
We reply to your DM when it is done. If you are a creator, we also stop making and posting coins for you.

What cannot be deleted

Coins that were already launched, their name, ticker, picture, description and link, and any payouts are recorded on the Solana blockchain, on pump.fun and on IPFS. Nobody, including InstaPaid, can change or remove them. Posts already published on @instapaid.official can be removed on request by hand.

Removing our access

You can also remove InstaPaid from your account at any time in Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites.
